Turner: Feeling discouraged

I usually send people to your caves, but I am feeling so discouraged that I cannot redeem a gift card after a few months of expiration. They only allow one year for their paper gift cards, when Colorado state law specifies a minimum of two years.

I was trying to use it, but running a business, raising children, and working a part-time job caught up with me and the one-year timeline apparently. When I approached them about extending it, they told me not for $80 — $80 at a spa? That’s pennies.

Well, had to share my story — I will let the community make their own choice. I really did enjoy their vapor caves. Thankful for the Glenwood Hotsprings Pool for “bring a friend day” last week. What an amazing opportunity to give back to our hardworking community after a difficult winter season. Thanks for stepping up!
