French: JD Vance blackout dates

I suggest the Aspen City Council enact a resolution barring future visits from Trump and Vance until they apologize for their treatment of Volodymyr Zelenskyy. Barring that, SkiCo and IKON could announce annual JD Vance blackout dates of Jan. 1 through Dec. 31.
