5Point launches 2024 Education Week program

5Point Adventure Film Festival announced the program for their inaugural 2024 Education Week Program.
Between Feb. 20-23, 5Point Film will be broadening its educational reach by bringing middle school students an in-person, 60-minute film program that is meant to inspire, connect, and educate young people about the world in which they live.
Stories of adventure and adversity have the power to generate positive change, and 5Point is eager to share stories with the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond with this free Education Week Program. The program will include local middle schools from Aspen to Rifle and will be cost-free for the schools.
The program will be hosted by Eeland Stribling. He is an angler, educator, wildlife biologist, and stand-up comedian born and raised in Denver. He has a passion for conservation and comedy and advocates for outdoor education.
The Denver Comedy Works regular has performed around the country (including at 5Point 2022) and has been described, endearingly, as “your aunty’s favorite comedian.” The curated film program is designed to be engaging, academic, and impactful.
